We do not respond to faxed referrals and prescription refills due to the large volume of incoming messages and patients at our practice and the poor quality of incoming fax messages. Please remind your healthcare provider of any prescription refills that you may require at the time of your office visit. If this is not possible, please call our office during regular office hours. Our automated recording will lead you to our prescription refill voicemail box. Please be prepared to provide our healthcare providers with the following information: - Your full name with correct spelling - Your phone number - The name of your physician - The name and correct spelling of the medication(s) - Current dosage and quantity of each requested medication - Pharmacy telephone number Please allow our staff at least 24 hours to issue refill orders to your pharmacy. Prescription refills will not be issued after regular office hours or on weekends. |
