Diabetes & Endocrinology Associates, P.C. is a medical practice specializing in the care of individuals with endocrine disorders.

Our stated mission is to provide "state-of-the art" medical care through a multi-disciplinary approach in an environment that respects the dignity and unique nature of each patient.
Our goal is to better serve our community through providing services in an efficient, caring and cost-effective manner, providing our patients the knowledge necessary to play an active role in assuring their own well-being.

Our Physicians are Board Certified in Internal Medicine and the subspecialty of Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism. Our allied health professionals include Certified Nurse Practitioners, Licensed Dietitians, a Diabetes Coordinator, and Medical Assistants. Several members of our staff are also credentialed as Certified Diabetes Educators.

Dr. David Jacobson serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Emory University School of Medicine. Our practice is an approved site for clinical rotations under the supervision of our full-time dietitian, for all Emory University students enrolled in the dietitian internship program.

The clinical staff is part of a team that will work in conjunction with our front office, patient accounting and management staff, to provide quality patient care and service.
