Prescriptions

Please remind your provider of any prescription refills that you may require at the time of your office visit, when your medical records are readily available.

If you call to request a medication refill, please call during regular office hours and have the following information available for our staff, or, to record on our prescription refill voice mail:

The name of your physician

Your full name with correct spelling

The name and correct spelling of the medication(s)

Current dosage and quantity of each requested medication

Your personal contact information and the telephone number of your pharmacy.

 

When leaving a refill message, please allow our staff at least 24 hours to issue refill orders to your pharmacy. Always call your pharmacy to check on the status of your prescription refill, prior to driving to the pharmacy.

Prescription refills will not be issued after regular office hours or on weekends.
